The comfort of a warm bed and soft blanket makes waking up almost impossible but if you are a morning person like I am, this is the best part of your day! So if you create a routine and set out to complete a few tasks before your day starts will leave you energized and make you feel accomplished before your day has even begun.
You can try some of my suggestions, it's not that hard, the only trick that I have is to enjoy!

Omiljeno doba dana? Ovo je lako pitanje... Jutro, bez izuzetka.
Iako topao krevet i mekano ćebe mogu da deluju itekako primamljivo, ako ste jutarnja osoba kao ja, to je zapravo najbolji deo vašeg dana! Trik je da kreirate rutinu i već nekoliko stvari obavite pre nego što svi ostali startuju, tako ćete dobiti prednost i uživati u ostatku dana.
Nemojte se mrštiti, počnite da uživate u tim magičnim trenucima, kada se svet tek budu.


                                      Grab a coffee or a tea and get inspired from the magazines. Pinterest is allowed too. ;)

                        Šolja kafe je obavezna! Dodajte gomilu modnih magazina i lako ćete pronaći  inspiraciju (i Pinterest je dozvoljen, takođe!).

                                         Odvojite vreme za doručak, znate da je to najvažniji obrok u danu, a svi nutricionisti se slažu u oceni da je tada manje-više sve dozvoljeno jesti. Zato.... Francuski tost? Oh da! (recept možete pronaći ovde)

                                        Budući da ste ustali pre svih imate vremena da istražite sopstveni grad, uživajte u prvim zracima sunca i praznim baštama.

                                   I slikajte! Svi fotografi će vam reći da jutarnje fotografije ispadaju odlično zbog mekanog svetla koje se prelama. 

                                                                                           Take a break and grab a coffee.

                                                 Zgrabite i jednu kafu za poneti, održavanje prave količine kofeina je ključno. 

                                                           If you are not feeling the morning activities you can always read a book.
                                                          Nekim danima je jednostavno dovoljna i samo dobra knjiga.

                                        A nekada vam je dovoljno da samo “uhvatite dan” i uživate u slatkoj dokolici.

See? I told ya, it's easy! You just have to do whatever makes you happy, whether is that yoga, 5 minutes workout or starring at the sun before you dressed up make sure you stick to it throughout the month to see the full benefits. If you wake up 30 minutes earlier, and actually get up without snoozing your alarm clock, these 30 minutes can make a world of difference when you want to get a little more done or just to simply have a more relaxing morning and day full of energy.

Vidite, rekla sam vam! Tajna je u tome da vaš deo dana iskoristite radeći ono što najviše volite. Bilo da je to joga, ili gledanje sunca pre nego što ustanete, držite se tih malih rituala i već posle nekoliko nedelja videćete njihova blagotvorna svojstva. Probajte da navijate budilnik malo ranije kako biste doveli organizam u stanje da počinje prirodno da se budi. Dobro jutro!
